Aaron Lawson is lead facilitator, mentor and an agent of change that believes in making difference in the lives of young people in terms of capacity building, personal growth community development.
A Development Specialist, a Content Developer and a Certified Teacher by profession with six years’ experience in youth and community development, teaching and NGO management. Aaron has diverse working experience in a cross-cultural working environment in the public, private and the nonprofit sectors.
Worked as relationship account manager at CWG Ghana, Vodafone Ghana, INDESEEM Incorporated and Rite of Passage (ROP) -USA , respectively.
Aaron Lawson is the programs manager for Girls Excellence Movement (GEM) and has been instrumental in developing one of the core modules on Effective Learning Strategies. This was design to assist young people develop the requisite skills and tools for effective learning. This module is used during GEM’s Inspirational On Wheels (IOW) outreaches.
